**New Year season runs from 28 Dec to 1 Jan. The Minimum number of nights per stay during this period is 3, without exceptions. After you book, we will charge the whole amount of the 3 nights on your credit card, which will be nonrefundable. Cancellations and changes will not be accepted.**

We are located in the heart of sunny Barcelona, located right on the historic and cultural Gotic town.

We have 24 fully-furnished rooms. Nineteen (19) of them come with an en-suite full bathroom. There are bathrooms in the hallway for the rooms that do not have one.

Our staff has been fully-trained to make your stay pleasurable and unforgettable.

**TRIPLE ROOMS CAN BE with 3 single beds or 1 doble +1 single bed.

**QUADRUPLE ROOMS CAN BE with 4 single beds or 1 doble+2 single bed.
